About Us

Victory Oasis Church International was founded by Robert & Kimberly Pinkney in September 2003. The Pinkney's believe that God is pouring out His Spirit in a mighty way during these last days. As a result of this outpouring, there is coming a harvest of souls unparalleled to any time in history. It is in response to God's call to provide reapers for the coming harvest that Victory Oasis Church International was founded. Victory Oasis is not now nor ever will be intended to operate in competition with but rather in partnership with other churches in a concerted effort to fully reap the harvest of souls, which is the primary mission of the Body of Christ.
The mission of VOCI is fourfold.

To minister the uncompromising Word of God in accordance with Luke 4:18,19. This message of victory over sin, defeat and bondage is the main thrust of the church and is incorporated into every sermon, teaching, activity and praise and worship song.
To go outside of its four walls and into the community by way of outreaches by such actions as clothing the naked, feeding the hungry and providing shelter for the homeless.
VOCI is a non-denominational church that is open to all people regardless of race, nationality, gender or denomination. It is VOCI's desire to have a church that is culturally diverse, particularly in its Praise & Worship services and in its upcoming ministries.
It is VOCI's goal to take the gospel of Christ internationally all over the world using all available media such as radio, T.V., books, pamphlets and the Internet.
