Victorious Living Ministries was founded by Pastors Robert & Kimberly Pinkney in June 2001. The Pinkney's started the ministry in order to answer one particular call upon their lives. The purpose of VLM is to reach homosexual men and women with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Robert Pinkney struggled with homosexuality for years and knows personally of the pain associated with the homosexual lifestyle. The Pinkney's believe that most homosexuals desire to be free. Through teaching seminars, literature, various outreaches, and couseling they intend to show homosexuals the way to lasting freedom from homosexuality.
